Yesterday I arrived in Dallas for a quick work trip and at 11pm on Wednesday night when I should have been packing I decided I should put together floral arrangements instead! What is wrong with me?! LOL. Needless to say I went to bed way to late (again) but in my defense I just wanted to come back to a clean and floral filled house. 🙂 You know what I mean right?!

I hope everyone is having an amazing week so far! Mine has been quite the challenging one! You know…on January 1st I told myself I would stop committing to so much stuff at one time. Naturally, I have not and some days when one small little thing gets delayed or cancelled it sure does throw everything off! But, ahhh well! Busy is good right?! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! The city of Houston is currently preparing every inch of itself for Super Bowl. I must admit it is quite exciting knowing that Houston is hosting it this year!

Oh happy almost weekend beauties! I have a an amazing feel good Friday for you today!

The Style Lynn Life Travels: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Okay, literally cracking up over here because I am remembering all the fun we had in Amsterdam. Like almost getting ran over by a bike multiple times (you better get outta their way when you see them coming!), exiting the train station to get in a taxi and after the taxi driver tells us “oh no your hotel is only 3 minutes from here, you can easily walk”…30 minutes later we finally found our hotel!! It was literally 3 minutes away, but we kept getting wrong directions from people we asked LOL or maybe it was the plethora of what Texans would called “illegal smoke” that was surrounding our air flow!
And before you ask, no I did not partake in that while we were there! 🙂 However, read on and I’ll tell you what we did do! 🙂

First Timer At Citizen Pilates
Yay for Friday’s! Am I right?!
Today I am so excited to share my thoughts on my first Citizen Pilates experience with you! I really want to try and share a “Fitness Friday” with you at least once a month. Fitness is such a huge part of my life and I noticed I really don’t talk about it too much on the blog. Actually the last fitness related post I did here I was wearing the same shirt LOL! I promise I have more gym clothes!

The Style Lynn Life Travels: Brussels, Belgium
Happy Wednesday!
I am so excited that I am finally picking back up on this travel series! I only took a one month break LOL. Okay, so I know in my last travel post here I said Scotland came in close second to Paris, but….going through these photos made me remember how much I loved Brussels! It was such a BEAUTIFUL place! It was almost like being in mini Paris except it was half the walking.
How We Got There:
From Scotland, we flew to London for a quick one day trip. We actually just stopped there because it was a Holy Day for us and that was the closest church we could get to. As soon as we landed in London, we checked into our hotel, had a late dinner and literally went to bed. The next morning (so early) we headed to Tonbridge for church. That didn’t give us much time in London this trip but we have been to London before so I promise to put together a London itinerary soon!
Anywho, so we flew from Scotland to London and then took a train to Brussels. Are you still with me? LOL
