Orange you glad I said it’s all from Amazon? You see what I did there? ๐
Bright colors continue to be all the rage this summer and the trend will continue into Fall so I am sharing some of my recent orange pieces from Amazon.
One Shoulder Cocktail Dress
If in between sizes, size down. I love the flutter detail on the one sleeve and ruching around the tummy area is always going to be a win for me! This dress would be perfect for a wedding guest or cocktail attire event.
Two Piece Pant Set
Ahhh I love this set so much! I am wearing the medium and I would say it runs true to size. Love the slit detail on the pant leg so show off your fav heel!
Halter Neck Maxi Dress
This is a great dress to wear casually with sandals or dress up with heels. If you are heading on a vacation, pack this beauty! Wearing the small here.
Crop Top Tank
I really like the neon hue on this one. I sized up to a large so that it wouldn’t super cropped and I really like how it fits!
Two Piece Linen Set
Also a great item to pack for vacation. I wore it when we were at Kalahari last week with the white tank underneath but it would also work as a great swimsuit cover up at the pool or beach. Wearing a small.
Shoulder Pad Cutout Dress
A sexy little summer dress your S/O will love! Love the wood ring detail at the cutout area and the light shoulder pads give it the perfect structure. I am wearing the small.
I’ve worn joggers to the gym, to school drop off, to play dates, to run errands. You name it, I’ve worn joggers to it ๐ But this dressed up look from Vici Collection just might be my favorite!
Shop this look:
I have this stripe tee with shoulder pads in 2 colors now because it’s so comfy. When I saw Vici had blue joggers that would match my tee perfectly, I had to have them! I’m wearing a small in both. The heels give the outfit a chic, dressed up look for a date night but I’ve also paired this exact outfit with sneakers for during the day!
At this point I think almost every retailer has designed up some sort of an athleisure dress and since I am a sucker for one I own quite a few. However, this one from Loft might be the best one yet!
The exposed stitching on this skort dress makes it look even more flattering and elongates my shape. There is a built in bra and bike shorts attached. I am wearing a small for reference.
I found us the perfect little white dress for summer! I’ve worn it with sneakers and sandals. Today I am styling it with heels. It could be perfect for any summer occasion!
Shop this outfit (and a few other things I am loving from Red Dress!):
If you are looking for a lightweight short set that can easily be worn casually or dressed up then look no further! I got this tan set from Amazon last month and have ordered the green since! It’s so cute, washes really well and comes in a ton of colors!
I’m still on that Disney cruise high! We all are! I’ve been getting a ton of questions regarding the kids costumes and my dresses from reels so going to round them up here with direct links to everything.
Weeks before the trip I asked the kids to start thinking about what costumes they wanted to pack for our Disney cruise. Ya’ll know they love dressing up daily so I made sure to give them enough time to narrow it down to 4 costumes. One night was already reserved for the Pirates of the Caribbean night. Once they decided on the 4 costumes, Brandon and I packed our outfits to coordinate with theirs!
Princess Aurora and The Knight

I love this Selkie dupe dress from Amazon! It’s so good! I am wearing the small here. These clear strap heels are the only heels that I packed! They are so comfy and they run true to size.

Disney Tees
These funny Disney tees are perfect for any Disney trip! Brandon’s is my favorite! LOL
We set sail on our first Disney cruise today and we are all so very excited! I’ll be sharing things on Instagram throughout our trip but just in case I can’t get back to the outfit questions fast enough I am rounding up most of the kids outfits I bought for the trip in today’s blog post! I know many of you have upcoming trips to Disney this summer!
Like how is tomorrow already June! I know most of us say this like every year but truly this year is going by way too fast! May was full of a lot of fun and trying out a few new Houston restaurants so going to round up some favorite my fav things from the month of May!
We went to Destin for their annual Wine Auction Charity event and finally go to visit Alys Beach for the first time. I totally get the hype! It’s the cutest little beach town and so clean and family friendly. We’ll definitely visit again.
The kids finished up their first round of soccer clinic. I can’t decide if Camila’s bossiness on the field is a good or bad thing but I can definitely tell you she’s a leader LOL
3. This colorful plaid outfit was yall’s favorite outfit of May and I think it was mine too!
4. I finally tried out First Cup in Pearland. Such a pretty and very big coffee shop where you can even rent out meeting rooms. The first time Cindy and I went I had the iced ube latte, chicken empanada and smores brownie which was all very yummy. The second time I ordered an iced matcha latte in the drive through which was really yummy too and since then I have been through that drive through about 5 times. It’s really good guys!
5. Brandon and I had a date night at The Puttery. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun date night idea. Try to book a non busy time because towards the end of the evening I did feel a little rushed on one of the courses with a lot parties playing back to back.
6. We took the kids to the Ed Sheeran concert and he did not disappoint. Brandon and I love his music and it was so cute when the kids realized he is the singer who sings Eyes Closed and Bad Habits which they both know very well from Kidz Bop lol.
7. I had brunch with my girls at the newly opened Ojo De Agua in the River Oaks District. Ojo De Agua is a popular chain throughout Mexico featuring a variety of fresh and delicious dishes. I ordered the pesto bowl and added the tuna steak. It was very good but just FYI I thought the prices were a little pricey. Worth it? Yes. But I’m not usually spending $50+ on lunch! It was a nice treat though!
8. Took the kids to play at Bridgeland Treehouse Park. It was so cool! Landon had visit a treehouse on his Summer Bucket List and when I shared that he did, so many Houstonians recommended this park. I am so glad we went. The kids really enjoyed it!
9. Landon learned how to ride his bike without training wheels. My babies need to stop trying to do grown kid things! lol
10. Tried out Bari in River Oaks for a girls dinner. The vibe is amazing for a night out and the drinks were good. Unfortunately my salmon dish was a little bland but I would definitely go back and give it another try! I would just order something else. The Bari restaurant is in the old Tom Ford location.
11. Landon finished up kindergarten ๐ And no I am still not okay! They did the cutest kindergarten performances and mama was a puddle! I’m going to soak in every second of summer with my babies growing so dang fast!
It’s officially summer and I could not be more excited! I always put a summer bucket list together but this year I asked Landon if he wanted to put his own list together and he was ready! We’ve put the lists together on a fun canva doc if you want to print them out or get some inspiration for your lists!
I asked Camila if she wanted to put a list together but when I started writing hers down for her she repeated all the things her big brother said LOL however she did add nail salon so we will all be checking off Landon’s summer bucket list together plus a trip to the nail salon ๐
Go to a Treehouse- Thankfully he didn’t mean build a treehouse because that is something I will not be able to commit to this summer haha! I am currently on the hunt for a treehouse adventure within driving distance. I’ll keep ya’ll posted!
Go to the library- This one is going to be great for the summer hot summer days to come. I am also printing a ton of age appropriate books from Reading A-Z for the kids. I’m trying to set up some fun reading goals for them this summer. I just haven’t quite figured out how I am going to do that yet. Once I do, I will definitely share!
Nerf gun battle – And that’s on being a boy Mom lol! But honestly, I am so excited about this! I have actually started planning it already!
Disney cruise- Whew! Thankfully we were already planning this one all year because this would have been a big ask!
Go to a military Military museum- Landon loves all things soldier related and I love that about him! Camila actually starts summer a few days after him so I am thinking about taking him to the Military Museum of Texas next week!
Laser gun battle- Another fun indoor activity on a super hot summer day!
Sleepover- Okay we don’t do sleepovers yet but we always have out neighbors over for evening play dates that turn into late nights so I’m thinking about hiring one of the cute Houston party companies to come and set up slumber tents for us! We did this for Camila’s 2nd Birthday celebration.
Learn to ride my bike without training wheels- Yes I’m gonna cry but little man is ready to keep on growing!
Date Night with Hubby- Making date nights a priority are so important so I am making sure it’s on my bucket list this summer!
Staycation at Marriott Marquis– We love a staycation and the Marriott Marquis in downtown is one of our favorite spots because of the Texas shaped float pool!
Day Trip To Galveston- There is so much to do in Galveston! Linking a girls day itinerary blog post here but also a chill, relaxing day on the beach is always a good idea too!
Enjoy A Day At Levy Park– We have so much fun at this park and they always have so many thing happening during the summertime.
Plan a Fun Day With Just Camila & I- I’m going to put a day aside where Camila picks all the things she wants to do!
Plan a Fun Day With Just Landon & I- It’s very important to me that both Brandon and I get one on one time with each of the kids on their own so I am planning a fun day with both of them.
Take The Kids To A Movie- So many great movies coming out right now and the kids love loading up on popcorn and candy at the theatre!
I love this Amazon set find! Comes in a bunch of colors, and the linen is light and comfortable for the heat! Would be perfect for a day-date with the kids.
Another linen find that I am loving from Target. This is the perfect pink and can be dressed up with heels, or down with tennis shoes. Would be fun for an event or trip to the museum!
This printed matching set from Target is giving Spanish tile vibes/take me to Mexico and I am here for it! It also comes in a green color but I loved that this one was a little more neutral with a pop of color.
Shop this outfit:ย
I am wearing a small in the top and bottom for reference.
The crochet trend is hot, hot, HOT right now and I found a beautiful neutral one with fringe detail that we’ll be able to wear all summer long! And the best part? It’s from Target and under $50!

The mixed pearl and gold chain jewelry shown here are the same ones I’ve been wearing a ton. I get asked about them in Instagram stories all the time. I am wearing a small in the cream crochet dress for reference.
