Back To Basics: Reading The Bible in 28 Days

Happy Monday!

You are probably wondering why the random 28 days here. Well, the truth is that in exactly 28 days the Mr. and I will be in the British Isles celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles. Although I had planned a “Reading the Bible in 60 Days” post, in true Roselyn form I’m just a biiiiit late. 🙂 Forgive me.

So, I know most of us turn to scripture when we are having bad days and sometimes when we are having good days, but when is the last time you actually scheduled time to read the Ultimate manual from start to finish? My answer would be never.

Don’t get me wrong, I read scripture, I have the apps like She Reads Truth (if you don’t have it, download it!) and I even listen to the Bible on CD while in my car, but as I prepare for my second Feast I really wanted to take on this exercise. As you may have noticed I’m getting very ambitious on some days, but this is all based on what my schedule is going to be for the next 28 days. On days I know I am going to be a bit busier the reading is lighter so I have myself making up for it on other days so you can totally adjust this guide to fit your schedule!
