Faux Wrap Skirt + 8 Memes That Make Me LOL

Today I am styling this ultra chic skirt and sharing some Monday funnies with you!

First off, are you loving this skirt as much as I am?! I’m not sure if you can tell, but the fabric is an uber soft material! I styled it with a cami and faux leather jacket but I think it would be so cute with a button up and a neck tie scarf for the office. You could also style it with an off the shoulder sweater and cute lace bralette for date night. It comes in 2 other colors and fits true to size. I am wearing a medium. The boutique, Amaryllis, has so many cute items and the prices are too good to pass up! I just noticed the velvet version of this skirt under new arrivals and I’ve recently been eyeing this jacket.

So since it’s Monday, I figured it would be a good idea to share some funnies as a pick me up! Have you ever found yourself scrolling through social media and come across a meme and totally LYBO? I mean no matter how many times you see it you laugh just as hard as you did the first time?

 I also wanted to share a life update with you all, hopefully this will make you smile today too. 🙂 I just want to start by saying I think I have shared way too much in the past week. I feel like I’m about to get a call from our agency telling me to shut my mouth lol. But before I do that, you all have been so kind and supportive so I don’t want any of you to worry about us. We talked to everyone we could possibly talk to in the past week; lawyers, agency, case worker, etc. They informed us that many families go through this. Yes, it did hit us by surprise because we thought we were past that stage but everyone we spoke to said “It is so early on in the process that I wouldn’t worry”. Easier said than done right? Well, the truth is I am learning to not worry so much. I just want every minute with our son to be perfect and worrying is just going to get in the way. My husband has been our rock per usual.

We know God is looking out for this sweet baby of ours. We will do our part. Pray, give our son the loving life he deserves, and continue to do our due diligence during this whole process. We know it will be alright. And if it comes down to it, I’m willing to fight someone. LOL TOTALLY KIDDING! This post was just getting way too emotional and I needed to end on a happy note!

So please friends, please continue the prayers but please don’t worry for us.
