Put Some Zing In Your Day

Heeeyyyy!!!

I’m pretty excited to be talking about food today and a healthy option at that! If you know me personally, you know that I love my food and I literally need to eat every 2 hours or I become extremely hangry.

Hangry like borderline you probably don’t want to be my friend anymore. 🙂

So, to keep my friendships (and marriage) secure I always pack emergency snacks in my purse. Today I am sharing my favorite nutrition bars as of lately! I also wanted to share a workout I have been partaking in lately and have quickly become obsessed with!

Hot Core at Yoga One Midtown. O.M.G you guys! This workout is so good. Imagine the hot yoga room at 80-90 degrees, but you are doing  push ups, mountain climbers, squats and jumping jacks. The workout is soooo good. You guys totally need to try it! If you follow me on instastories, I was talking about how I’m pretty sure I blacked out for a few minutes during my first class LOL. I was totally kidding but seriously it was challenging and now I am obsessed with the class!

And because it feels like I’ve burned a million calories during class and I live about 17 miles away from my favorite studio, having a small snack on the ride home is a must! That’s where the Zing mini bars come in handy. They are perfect for a quick, nutritious snack on the ride home!

Created by professional nutritionists, Zing bars are packed with a synergy of nutrients without sacrificing taste. Naturally the first Zing bar I tried was one of the chocolate covered ones and it was soooo good! They have 5 different chocolate covered ones as well as soft cookie and nut butter & fruit flavors. I haven’t tried them all just yet but I’m sure they are all equally delicious!

When Zing bars were launched back in 2008 they were only available to patients but now they are available for all of us to enjoy! They can be found at your local HEB, Whole Foods, Central Market and Sprouts. Find more places you can buy them here.

Have you all tried these bars yet? Or a hot core class? I’d love to hear!

xo, Roselyn
