For those of you who know me, already know that I love working out! But even as someone who enjoys working out, I still have my days where I “just don’t wanna” so today I am sharing 4 things I like to do to keep me going and motivated!
- A Good Playlist. If you haven’t already guessed by my new favorite hoodie. A good playlist always gets me going. On the days I’m dragging I’ll even hit play before I leave my house for the gym. Fun fact about me which I mentioned in this post way back when, I love, like really love rap music.
- Working out with a friend. What better way to get your fitness on than with a friend! It was really funny because a few weeks ago Danielle and I were talking about all the workout classes we have done together. From our garage workouts to jumping world. YES, JUMPING WORLD guys. Bwhahahaha, a story for another day, but I blame that one on Danielle.
- Change it Up. Like I said, garage workouts to jumping world LOL. Seriously though, as much as this girl loves a good leg day in the gym, I get bored of the same atmosphere so I like to change it up. For example, running outside, doing a spin class at least once a week , hot yoga once a month and my newest love Citizen Pilates! Changing things up keeps us interested and also our muscles guessing.
- Cute Workout Clothes. Let’s be honest nothing is more motivating to get to the gym then wanting to show off your cute new outfit! Am I right?!
