I had the best time with the Loft team in Stowe, Vermont and I am already trying to convince Brandon we need to go back with the kids this Fall! The weather was amazing, breathtaking views every way you looked, the locals were so kind and I did not have one bad meal there!
Although this work trip definitely makes the top of my list of best work trips, I am really happy to be back with my sweet babies π Today I am sharing a coordinating neutral look that Camila and I wore a few weeks ago.
You guys know I love a fun breakfast idea! Today I am sharing an easy breakfast board that I made yesterday for a brunch play date! All items are from Walmart’s private label brand Great Value.
I’m not sure about your kids but mine eat like they are grown adults so we are constantly buying groceries! I try to save whenever I can so that’s where reaching for Walmart brands like Great Value and Market Fresh come in handy. Low prices without sacrificing quality of products! And for the busy mamas out there, these yummy waffles and french toast sticks can be found in the frozen food aisle and are really yummy!
What You Need For A Breakfast Board
Waffles
French Toast Sticks
Hazelnut Spread
Maple Syrup
Chocolate Chips
Bananas
Strawberries
Rasberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Greek Yogurt
This mama and kid approved breakfast board is super easy to make! Tag me on Instagram if you make one!
I hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day weekend! Both of the kids have had 4 days off but of course not the same 4 days so it was nice to have some mommy/daughter time with Camila on Friday then Landon and I will have one and one time today π
Sharing a coordinating green outfit that Camila and I wore on Friday. Basically planned out our outfits around the Chanel bag from The Vintage Contessa. PS The giveaway for the YSL crossbody is still happening on Instagram so go enter!
You don’t always have to be matchy matchy to coordinate with your little ones! Shop our green moment below!
Happy September 1st! I cannot believe it’s already September. This year is flying by. Today I am sharing another beauty empties blog post. These posts are quickly become some of your favorites and I love that you guys are loving them! Today I have 7 products to chat about so let’s dive right in!
What is it?: A lightweight moisturizer that was originally created for professional use in Hollywood. Includes peptides, prickly pear and red algae.
What is it supposed to do?: Help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while improving hydration and renew suppleness. “Their proprietary formula includes Prickly Pear to help reduce visible signs of aging by improving skin’s firmness, texture and tone for your face.”
How To Use: Apply a thin layer to the face and neck twice daily. Gently massage until absorbed.
Would I buy it again?: No. I am one thousand percent obsessed with the Nurse Jamie Instant Uplift tool but this face cream did absolutely nothing for me. I saw no difference after using it for a month and honestly it wasn’t even that moisturizing. I will not be repurchasing.
What is it supposed to do?: This natural deodorant is 100 percent plant-based and non-toxic. It glides on clear and is formulated with activated charcoal to soothe underarms and aid in odor reduction.
How To Use:Β Glide on underarms as needed. PS if you are new to the natural deodorant world, note there is a 1-2 week time frame where your armpits are “detoxing” so there may be a little itchiness, irritation or body odor during that time.
Would I buy it again?: Yes. I have tried about 8 different natural deodorants and Kopari is the only one that I actually like and worked!
What is it supposed to do?:Β The patented Tri-Enzyme Technology helps to effectively breakup the layer of dead cells. The Probiotic Ferment Complex helps support the skin’s renewal process by helping to promote the physical shedding of dead skin cells, resulting in more radiant, revitalized and brighter skin.
How To Use: Use every morning and evening after cleansing. Smooth pad, texture side down, over the face in a circular motion.
Would I buy it again?: Yes! I saw a difference (smoothness and brightness) in my skin after the first week of using these facial pads! My Mom is a huge fan of every single Elemis product she has ever tried. Cleansers, moisturizers, night cream, etc. I have been a big fan of their night creams but if I had to choose one product from them, this would be it!
What is it supposed to do?: Cleanses and buffs away dull skin with lemon peel and hibiscus flower acid, improving the look of skin texture and tone.
How To Use: Lather onto wet skin & rinse with water. Use 3β4x a week.
Would I buy it again?: Yes! This was the first body product that I tried from Tula and I absolutely love it! It smells good but the scent is not super strong and the cherry seeds gently exfoliate leaving my skin feeling clean, soft and more even toned! If you want to try it out for yourself, you can always use my discount code (ROSELYN) on the Tula website.
What is it?: A face primer packed with peptides, collagen amino acids & hyaluronic acid.
What is it supposed to do?:Β A face primer that helps your makeup go on smooth but is also packed with vitamins B & C to help brighten the look of skin while marine algae improves elasticity. The peptides, collagen amino acids & hyaluronic acid work to instantly smooth the look of wrinkles while helping to plump & firm the appearance of skin over time.
How To Use: Apply 2 pumps of this treatment primer & blend into skin. Use as the last step in skincare routine or before applying makeup.
Would I buy it again?: Yes. Not only does this primer help your makeup go on smoother and stay on but I really do appreciate a makeup product with skincare benefits! You don’t get that in a lot of makeup primers.
What is it?: An eye cream packed with 5 different forms of vitamin C.
What is it supposed to do?: This eye cream featuring eight peptides, five forms of vitamin C, and cucumber extract is said to help with fine lines, wrinkles, dryness, and loss of firmness and elasticity.
How To Use: Gently pat one pump around the eye area.
Would I buy it again?: No. While I felt like this eye cream was pretty hydrating, I didn’t notice it helping with any wrinkles or fine lines. I’d save my money if I were you!
What is it?: A renewing face oil to use after cleansing.
What is it supposed to do?: The active combination of precious oils and vitamins offers protection from oxidative stress that results in the appearance of spots and wrinkles. Helps improve the skin’s moisture barrier for enhanced cellular function and hydration without leaving a greasy residue.
Would I buy it again?: 100% yes. I feel like I felt a difference in my skin after just the first few days. It absorbs into the skin nicely without feeling greasy. It has helped keep my skin hydrated, lightened dark spots and smooth out wrinkles. I would highly recommend!
Alright friends, those are all of the products for today! As a friendly reminder, these are just my personal experiences and opinions of the products. These posts are not meant to talk negatively about a product, rather share my personal thoughts before you spend that hard earned money! Let me know if there are any specific products you are curious about!
Happy Wednesday! Halfway to the weekend! I have been so dang excited to share these Walmart looks with you today! One is perfect for the office and the other is perfect for the weekend!
Walmart Fashion Office Outfit
I mean…how good is this navy plaid suit ya’ll?! I am shook by the price of it. The quality is so good and it comes in another color that I totally want now π Both the blazer and the ankle pants run true to size.
Walmart Weekend Outfit
These flare jeans are another item I was SO excited to share! It was my first time trying out the Sofia Vergara brand and I am so glad I finally did because these are so flattering. They are pull on so no buttons or zipper and the denim holds you in and lifts ya up in all of the right places if you know what I mean π Try these and you will have no regrets. I am wearing the 4 short.
Happy Monday! Last week was our first few days of school and as you know I was a mess LOL. This week will be our first full week of school and I officially cannot walk Landon to his class anymore. I was a little worried about today but I think being able to take him to school with our neighbor who goes to the same school helped. It’s the strangest feeling watching your 5 year old get out of the car and just walk into the world without you, no looking back. He was so confident walking by himself it made me feel really good.
But you know who cried when he got out of the car? Camila! We weren’t even out of the parking lot yet and she had tears silently rolling down her face and when I caught her in the rear view mirror and asked her what was wrong she said “I miss bubba”. π One day soon (hopefully tomorrow) there will be no tears for anyone LOL. We are just sensitive Sally’s over here okay!
Anywho, I shared our little teachers gifts last week and you guys loved the snack bag so I thought I would give it a permanent spot on my blog for future gift ideas! Of course you could put whatever you want in it but linking what we included for ideas.
The snack bag is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be but it was perfect to stuff with gifts for our sweet teachers π
Let’s remember to spoil those teachers that love on and teach our babies all day!
Hey friends! The last 2 weeks have been busy and full of emotions as we were getting the kids ready to go back to school and to send Landon off to Kindergarten! I have been an emotional wreck this week but as of a few hours ago they are both off to school. Even though I am counting down the minutes until I can pick them up today, I am excited to have a normal routine back. I took a little break from blog posts right before we went on vacation to see the family in California so I am excited to be back and sharing a little Target haul!
It’s not Target Tuesday but let’s be honest, any day is a good day for Target!
Today I am sharing some cute and easy looks you can wear to the office! One casual denim look for my ladies who can wear denim on Friday or maybe in a more casual environment for denim any day of the week π
Work Wear Outfit Ideas From Target
These pants are so good and come in several other colors. I am wearing a 4 in these belted trousers. These braided heels are so comfy too. I’m wearing the gold ones here.
I love the colors in these skinny ankle pants and am so bummed that they aren’t online. My store had a ton if you want this exact color but there are other colors available online. Wearing a size 6 in the pants and medium in the sleeveless mock neck sweater.
These cream faux leather pants are so chic! Can easily be worn with a white button down as well and then styled for a date night. Wearing a 4 in these.
This dress would be so cute with sneakers too and for some reason that outfit makes me think of every cute teacher outfit I’ve ever loved lol. Wearing a medium here but probably could have done a small.
Another cute teacher outfit idea for Friday! These jeans are so comfy (wearing a 6) and the short sleeve button down top comes in other colors too!
Are you able to wear jeans into the office? Which outfit is your favorite?
Landon loves shopping as much as I do and I’m so happy about it LOL. The other day we were out and I picked up a dress to look at it and Landon was like “you should get that Mama”. Brandon just shook his head, haha!
We have really been enjoying back to school shopping this year and to make a shopping trip to Walmart extra fun, we all picked out what we thought would be a great first day of school outfit!
Landon’s First Day Of School Outfits
Is the Spiderman/Venom shirt and camoflauge print a dead giveaway that Landon picked these out? π I loved that he picked out the combat boots to go with Camila’s outfit too. The boy has got style!

Camila’s First Day Of School Outfits
One thing you should know about Camila is, if she is picking your outfit it’s most likely going to be pink! I love this picture of them π
This is overall dress is so cute and under $10 so I ended up getting 3 prints! And since Landon is very much into black sweatpants and basketball shorts these days, I thought the black Walmart joggers were a great compromise π

In addition to all of the fun shopping for outfits, we did pick up some of our school supplies here as well. I couldn’t pass up the deals! I’ll link everything below.
Another beautiful set I could not resist. I styled this top and shorts set with my Nike Air Max this week but will definitely will be wearing it with heels for a dressier look soon!

How pretty is the blue hue of these two pieces? Doesn’t it kind of give you Cinderella vibes? Well, maybe that’s why I bought it! We are taking the kids to Disneyland in less than 2 weeks! Eekk, I am so excited! Unfortunately Brandon will not be able to join us because he has a lot going on at work that week π We were originally planning a trip to Kalahari in July but he has a conference and a ton of meetings so that will have to be pushed back to August. If we can still make it happen.
I mentioned this before but we really are trying to take advantage of this summer since it is the last one before Landon starts Kindergarten and we can’t just pick up and travel whenever we wantΒ anymore! π Soooo…I told Brandon that the kids and I would visit my parents in California the week he has his conference and then that stay with Papa and Lola escalated to planning a day trip to Disneyland LOL. The rest is history! I am so excited the kids will get to experience Disney with Papa, Lola and a lot of their cousins. We leave for California next week so stay tuned for all the fun on stories!
When I told you the recent Zara sale got me this month, I was not lying!
This outfit is giving me 70’s Barbie vibes and I am 100% into it! I love colors and print on these pleated pants. I am wearing a medium in both the fitted tank and the pants. This outfit is totally something I would wear to the office during the summer if I was still going into a office π I’d throw a white blazer over it! Make work wear fun!
The mini city bag also comes in green which would have been equally cute with this outfit but I love how the blue brings out the print in the pants.
Happy Friday! Today the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens up for everyone to shop! Yay! This suit is part of the sale but unfortunately the pants sold out so quickly! Below I’ll pieces you can shop that will give you the same look and a friendly reminder all of my favorites that are still in stock and also my dressing room try on can easily be shopped on my LTK account π

Have you shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year? What was your favorite find?
These floral pants are so fun they immediately caught my eye when shopping at Zara a few weeks ago! In today’s post I am dressing them up but this week I will share different ways to wear them more casually so stay tuned on Instagram stories!
I recently visited my local Zara and oh man did I do some damage! Basically the whole store was on sale and still is! I found so many cute items! These floral pants being one of them. I love the high waist fit and bright print. I am wearing the medium. They also come in other colors. The bright blue bodysuit immediately caught my eye when I was shopping at Zara. I picked it up originally planning to wear with jeans but when I saw the floral pants I knew they were a perfect match π
The bodysuit is really flattering and full coverage but if you work in a very conservative office you can wear a blazer or button up over it. Wearing a medium in the bodysuit.
