I’m pretty excited to be talking about food today and a healthy option at that! If you know me personally, you know that I love my food and I literally need to eat every 2 hours or I become extremely hangry.
Hangry like borderline you probably don’t want to be my friend anymore. 🙂
So, to keep my friendships (and marriage) secure I always pack emergency snacks in my purse. Today I am sharing my favorite nutrition bars as of lately! I also wanted to share a workout I have been partaking in lately and have quickly become obsessed with!
For those of you who know me, already know that I love working out! But even as someone who enjoys working out, I still have my days where I “just don’t wanna” so today I am sharing 4 things I like to do to keep me going and motivated!

Searching for comfortable shapewear while still trying to lose the baby weight she didn’t exactly find what she was looking for which inspired her to start Yummie.
Happy Friday beauties! I am so happy to be sharing my first of many fitness posts with you all! For those of who know me personally or have started to follow me on Snapchat (roselyn_m) you know that fitness is a huge part of my life! You may also know that I have a love for great food and a major sweet tooth, but that is called balance 🙂
I love the feeling I have after a really intense workout and being fit and healthy makes me feel good about so many other things.
I was gifted these TKO Resistance Bands and they could not have come at a better time. I am currently in New Orleans for work and just because I am out of town doesn’t mean my daily workouts stop. These TKO bands are super lightweight which make them easy to pack in your suitcase and get a good workout on in your very own hotel room.
Here’s my TKO workout routine:
Warm Up: Repeat 2x
1 minute-Jog in place
1 minute- Jumping Jacks
1st Set: Repeat 2x
20 Bicep Curls
1 minute mountain climbers
15 push ups
2nd Set: Repeat 2x
15 Lateral raises
15 Bent over Lateral Raises
1 minute High Knees
3rd Set: Repeat 2x
15 Tricep Raises (left)
15 Tricep Raises (right)
25 full sit ups
15 leg raises
4th Set: Repeat 2x
15 Superman & Kickbacks (left)
15 Superman & Kickbacks (right)
1 minute High Knees
Jog in place 1 minute
Torso twist 1 minute
