So I’m not sure what is going on with my Instagram highlights but a lot of you missed some of the try on session. The items are so good I didn’t want you to miss out so I am publishing them here!
Loft Outlet| If you buy one thing this month, make it these pants! Joggers | Top
American Eagle | I honestly hadn’t shopped here in so long but I found so many good things! I even got home and added more to my cart on line 🙂 | Tank | Cardigan | Denim(currently buy one get one 50% off!)
American Eagle | Tank | Camo Leggings (getting the olive color as well because they are so good!)
Loft Outlet| Sorry for the quality of this photo. Apparently I only took a boomerang in the dressing room lol so I had to screenshot this. These pants definitely came home with me and the top is the same one I’m wearing with the joggers in the first photo. #versatile | Top | Pants
American Eagle | Floral Top | Denim (these are actually my Free People jeans)
Also, a friendly reminder that you can get your additional 25% off coupons here AND tomorrow I will be partnering up with Tanger Outlets to give 50 of you $25 gift cards!! I’ll be announcing the code first on my Facebook Page at 8am CST tomorrow morning, 8/9, so stay tuned!
If you caught my Instagram stories you saw that I found some great looks at Tanger Outlet in Texas City, Texas this weekend! I found baby Weaver some really cute items plus mama snagged some stuff for herself too 🙂 Today I am sharing 2 outfits that would be equally perfect for work or date night!
Oh and also sharing where to get your additional 25% off coupons below!
Outfit One: Ann Taylor Factory Store
Dress can be found here and I’m wearing a size small.
Outfit Two: Loft Outlet
Shop the jumpsuit here (wearing a 4) and floral blazer (wearing a small) here.
How cute are both of these outfits? So cute right?!
Did you know that Tanger Outlets offered coupons for additional savings?! I had no idea! I thought because it was an outlet and the prices are already marked down that they didn’t do coupons. I was so excited to find out they did! You can snag yours here!
I linked my outfits to the Ann Taylor Factory and the Loft Outlet websites in case you wanted to shop them online but remember you won’t be able to use you Tanger coupons there so if you wanted to take advantage of allll the savings be sure to visit your nearest outlet!
Tanger Outlets was also so generous to give me a code for you to text in to get a $25 gift card! This giveaway begins on Thursday, August 9th. So be sure to come back to the blog on Thursday morning to get the code so that you can use yours to shop this tax free weekend, August 10th-12th.
A gift card, coupons and tax free! Who could pass up that deal? Not me!
Let me know if there is anything you guys are looking for. Items your little ones, outfits for work or back to school! I’d love to help you out!

**Sponsored Post: Thank you Tanger Outlets for partnering with me on this post. As always, thoughts and opinions are my own.
So I wish I was dressed up and had makeup on today but instead I am still in my pj’s working from home because I am so not feeling well! Rachel, if you are reading this I blame Justin. 🙂
Tomorrow the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens up to the public (non cardholders) so all my office gal friends make sure you snag this comfy tee and flattering ankle pants! Like I mentioned, I snagged this tee in 3 colors and actually these pants in 3 colors as well. In addition to the black ones I grabbed the navy pinstripe style and the plaid ones! Both the tee and pants run true to size. I am wearing a small in the tee and size 4 in the pants for reference.
If you guys are anything like me, sometimes you just wanna throw on a tee and be done with your outfit but since #nopantsmonday isn’t a thing at the office here are 3 tips to styling your favorite t-shirts to the office.
1- Make sure your choice of bottoms are tailored– I opted for the easy route which were these tailored ankle pants but tucking your t-shirt into your favorite pencil skirt would achieve an equally chic and effortless look.
2- Tuck Your Shirt In – Duh. We can get away with not tucking our blouses in but the secret to making your casual weekend tee look not so casual at the office is making sure it’s neatly tucked in.
3- Throw On A Blazer – basically my solution for everything 🙂 But seriously a blazer will dress up any look! A few weeks ago I couldn’t find a clean white cami to wear so I grabbed a white gym tank I had and threw a blazer over it. Voila!
So… I’m not sure if you noticed but the blog is undergoing some changes/rebranding. 🙂 I couldn’t be more excited about it as I’ve thinking about moving to RoselynWeaver.com for some time now! Stay tuned for some fun things coming our way. Yes, that means YOU too! I’ll be sharing some exclusive content and gifts here for you guys! I love and appreciate you all so much and I don’t think I tell you that enough!
Baby Weaver and I were bummed about getting ready for daycare and the office today. We’d much rather be getting ready for another beach day 🙂 At least cute work wear helps so today I’m sharing an easy and affordable office look!
We had such a great time vacationing with our friends this weekend! If you saw on Instagram stories we spent 4 days in Port Aransas and quite frankly it was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time. Definitely much needed! I even took naps and it was glorious haha! And spending time with my best gal pal Rachel is always so fun. Baby Weaver absolutely LOVED the beach and just having sand all over him. He was in heaven. Now we can cross 2 more things off of our summer bucket list!
The beach house was so cute! It was located at Sunflower Beach. Walking distance from the pool and beach but we opted to use a golf cart because we were lugging around so much equipment. And by equipment I mean toys, snacks and adult beverages 🙂 A lot of you were asking where we stayed and my thoughts about the house/location. My best friend and her husband found the house and I would highly recommend it. You can find it here.
I hope you all had an amazing weekend and here’s to a quick and productive Monday!
This past weekend was a bit busy with work events and I was out of the office for a work/charity golf tournament yesterday so I apologize for the day late post! Today I am sharing another great work wear look plus 8 office rules that aren’t exactly written in your employee handbook but should definitely be followed!
Outfit Details: Dress: Loft| Heels: DSW | Handbag: Mine is so old but linking similar one from Sole Society| Sunglasses: Quay
8 Unwritten Office Rules
1- Use your inside voice – There is nothing more distracting than overhearing someone’s every phone call conversation. Be aware of your inside voice. Everyone doesn’t need to what you are ordering for lunch that day.
2- Clean up after yourself in the office kitchen or break room – I always hear people saying “I wonder what their house looks like if they leave a mess like this here”. Well, honestly that person’s house probably looks fine because they probably clean up after themselves at home! Clean up after yourself likes it’s your own kitchen. Just because a cleaning service comes to clean your office daily or even weekly doesn’t mean you leave your splattered soup all over the microwave. C’mon people, we are adults.
3- Silence your cell phone or at least have it on a low volume ringer– Look, I have a special place in my heart when I hear someone’s ringtone and it’s a song that I love but not everyone wants to hear “Call Me Maybe” every time you get a phone call. Be respectful of the shared office space
4- If you set up a meeting be cognizant of everyone’s time and the topic at hand – Draft and think about your talking points. Do you really need a full hour or can it be shortened to 30 minutes? Everyone is busy so just be sure you are sensitive to everyone’s valuable time.
5- Don’t take food out of the fridge that isn’t yours– why is this a thing at every office? And who are you food thief? I’ve actually had this happen to me and it’s the strangest thing! First of all it’s rude. Secondly, you don’t know if that person is sick or anything like that. Just don’t do this.
6- Keep your space clean– Whether you are in a cubicle or an office, no one wants to see a messy work space. It also may give people a bad impression of you as not only a messy but unorganized employee.
7- What you wear matters – This is so important you guys. First impressions are lasting impressions. You don’t have to spend a ton of money to look put together and clean. I try to share a lot of affordable work wear options here on the blog because dressing appropriately and professionally for work is so important. Dress codes vary from industry to industry so check out what your colleagues are wearing and take a cue from people you look up to.
8- Don’t hover over someone’s desk or stare at their computer screen when talking to them. – Helllooo nosey rosie! Even if you can’t read what is on their computer screen, it still makes you look nosey.
I know some of these unwritten rules seem silly to some but you’d be surprised how many times I wish I could just print and post this up at each of the offices I have worked at. Just a friendly reminder to not be that person 🙂
Usually I am up super early Monday, Wednesday and Friday writing my blog posts before baby wakes up and before I head to work but I am actually writing this on Sunday night this week! Drinking a big glass of wine 🙂 Nonetheless getting my blog post done!
I would also like to share that I meal prepped 4 new recipes PLUS 2 snack options today after we celebrated a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese (baby Weaver’s first CEC experience I must add) so I def deserve this glass of wine 🙂
