Mini Skirt To Wear Now & Later

I am so in love with this mini skirt! The colors, the fit and the fact that you can wear it during any season is a win in my book!

I am wearing a small in this skirt for reference. I also have my sweater tucked into it just so you know there is a little extra room to work with. I love how ths brocade skirt looks with this cozy cream sweater but I also think this skirt would look so cute with a basic tank, ankle booties and jean jacket. You could also rock it for a girls night out with a deep v bodysuit. So many outfits, so little time! 🙂

The navy base color of this skirt makes it perfect for this time of year paired with over the knee boots but the rust and hot pink make it vibrant enough to carry it into spring! It’s so crazy how we are just getting to wear our chunky sweaters here in Houston and before you know it, it will be spring! Speaking of Spring, did you catch Pantone’s announcement regarding 2018’s color of the year? It’s purple. Ultra violet to be exact.

How do we feel about it? I currently don’t even own anything purple. I’m not sure it’s really my color. C’mon Pantone, you couldn’t work with me here? Haha, jk.  Purple is going to be everywhere next year. Fashion, home décor, in beauty trends. I’ll accept the challenge and work some pretty purple hues into my wardrobe.
