Summer Date Night Romper

When I first ordered this Topshop romper I thought it would be so perfect for throwing on with sandals and wearing on a hot summer day but after it arrived in the mail I quickly realized how much sexier it was on!

I love the fun print and and bright yellow hue. Husband liked the open back and deep v neckline, haha! Thankfully it has adjustable straps so you can adjust to your preference. Because of the neckline I thought it would be perfect to accessorize with this Baublebar necklace that I seem to be wearing so much lately. The strappy black heel is also a good pairing for date night! I go back and forth with Topshop sizes but I am wearing a size small here which is equivalent to a size 4-6. This is a romper you need in your life and your hubby or boyfriend would totally agree! 🙂 Hurry up and snag it because sizes are already selling out!

And speaking of summer date nights, one of our favorite things to do for date night is going out to eat. Maybe because we love food so much and it means I don’t have to cook 🙂 Anyway, a few months ago in my Spring/Summer Bucket List post here I said I would intentionally try 5 new restaurants. Some new restaurants we have tried lately are Capital Grille, Oporto and State of Grace. Food wise, Oporto may have been my favorite from these 3. The curry chicken empanadas were so good! State of Grace has the cutest interior and Capital Grille was pretty good but personally wouldn’t be my first pick for a steakhouse. Houstonians, what are some of your favorite restaurants for date night?! I’d love to hear!
