Button Up Shirtdress

I know it’s summer and all but I could not resist this long sleeve shirtdress! It’s super lightweight so it’s still season appropriate and it’s under $30!

Dress | Denim (similar) | Heels | Sunnies

Obviously you can wear this without the denim but when I first saw it online my immediate thought was that I wanted to style it with denim. It also comes in pink here. Do you think I need that one also? I think so too 🙂

Did you all have an amazing weekend? I sure hope so! We are totally enjoying our time with our nephew Jordan. Friday we took him to the Astros game and it was Star Wars night.. Ahhh, it was so cool and he is such a huge Star Wars fan which made his first baseball game that much more special! Saturday something so extremely special happened. Brandon got baptized. He asked me not to share any photos so I have to respect that but it was a beautiful moment you guys.  I love and admire that man so much. Maybe I can be like him when I grow up! “and know that all things work together for good to those who are the called according to his purpose” Romans 8:28

Sunday we went to Typhoon Texas for the first time. I have been wanting to go and having Jordan here was the perfect excuse, haha! It was too much fun and I wish I had a a camera to record Brandon and Jordan “herding” tubes on the lazy river. To make a long story short, we ended up with 33 tubes. It was hilarious! Like no one could even get by because those 2 were not going to “lose” any of their herd! Annnddd, I went on the Duelin’ Daltons yellow slide and felt like a total #boss! I don’t know what is but in my old age I’ve become a little bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to rides so as I was going up the stairs I told Jordan I was going to go down the kiddie, Mutton Bustin’, slide while he went down the scary ones. Well, after some convincing from him and a group of 9 year old girls I was forced made the decision to go down the scariest one of all. But I survived guys and I felt like Wonder Woman, haha!

If you are in the greater Houston area, you should totally check it out. It isn’t a huge waterpark so lines aren’t crazy long and the parking situation is great!

Wishing you all an amazing week!

xo, Roselyn
